Connecting To Tv

Just bought a Yamaha ATS-1010 but my tv has no optical connections and what's my other option in order to make it work with my tv(PhilipsLed).I am planning to return the item since i couldn't make it work!I'm getting so frustrated with the connections.What should I do?
