Trying To Reset My Password.

Trying to reset my password but get message saying to try at 1630 EDT. I am in EST time zone what is the time difference? an alternate email for response is below.

Daylight Time is 1 hour ahead of Standard Time. So 1630 (4:30 pm) EDT would be 1530 (3:30 pm) EST.
