How I Can Get Access My Mail & Reset Password, My Alternate Email Password Also

I can't access to my yahoo account because password not working and in the sametime alternate email password also not working. Now how I can get access to them and reset my password in both the mail. Now from my mail somebody is sending mail to my relative & husband. I am in problem
