To recover (reset) your password, you will need either your alternate email address on file or the answers to your security questions (you don't have to remember the questions, just the answers) -- or -- your mobile phone number on file. See:

If you have none of these, you can't recover your password. In that case, your only course would be (a) to guess the answers to our security questions, or (b) to abandon the account and open a new one.
