What Agency(ies)can Impose Sanctions, Discipline On Xm For Unethical Business Pr

XM, without my authorization removed $47.73 from my bank account which caused me a great deal of enbarrassment when, in a public place, I attempted to charge a product to that account. The account became overdrawn due solely to the action of XM.When I contacted XM they refused to replace the funds into my account as rapidly as they had withdrawn them. I was placed on ho;d for an extended period of time and then they hung up.Where and with what agency(ies) can I lodge complaints and expect some action to be taken. This type of practice is prevelant among businesses that charge to credit cards and needs to be stopped.I look forward to your response.
