Dissatisfied New Customer

I received XM radio free with my new Sonata.  I  have had a lot of trouble with the station going in and out and reloading.  I have called on numerous occasions.  My last phone call, before Christmas, I received a call that stated because of my difficulty and because of a new offer I could receive a radio free and that I could give it away as a Christmas gift - all I had to pay was shipping and handling.  I did because I thought I would give it as a gift to my daughter.  On my bank account I saw that the shipping and  handling was deducted from my account and that an extra $63 was also deducted.  When I called they told me I had purchased a 3-month service.  I hadn't even received the radio.  I was called by UPS that the radio had come in and I told them to ship it back.  I felt this was very underhanded because I was not told about the 3-month service.  UPS shipped the radio back.  I have spoken to several of your reps and cannot get this situation straighted out.  I told them to cancel my service.  If XM radio was this difficult to deal with I did not want any part of it.  They told me I had to pay $75 for a cancellation fee.  What a SCAM this has been.  Supposedly they have given me a credit instead of refunding my money.  I am very disapointed and dissatisified with XM radio.
