Where Do I Write To Regarding The Concern Regarding Westjet
Due to Westjet not having staff to fly a scheduled flight we lost an entire day in Orlando. The late arrival meant no shuttles were available and we had to take a taxi which cost a great deal of money. Plus the hotel cost a lot of money for only the few hours that we were able to stay there. I feel that Westjet should reimburse us for a portion of the hotel plus a portion of the taxi fare
