Attachment Problem

I have a SATA Hard drive with Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2140 @1.60GHz mother board. But I also want to add WD800BB-00jhc0 Hard Drive to my computer. Can I add it.But I Don't want to Format my Old sata Hard drive coz my windows 7 is there and i don't want to loose my files on that HD. Can i just add WD800BB-00jhc0 to my computer??
