Weslo Candence C62 Treadmill Electronic Issue

My Weslo Cadence C62 treadmill is not working. The outlet, cord, and breaker switch seem to be working fine. After taking the cover off of the motor, I noticed that neither of the two LEDs on the power board were lit up. Only one of the four LEDs on the MC-60 SCR Motor Controller is lit up -- the one labeled +12V. Should I replace the power board or is something else wrong with my machine?
