Can I Screen Cast To Vizo E600i-b3 From My S8plus?youtube Works Only.

i am able to play my youtube on my tv from my phone, but any thing else i try to cast/broadcast/mirror on my tv it doesnt work. Ive tried the vizio app and it doesnt find it. I try blue tooth by standing close, i tried wifi same network, ive tried the built in share and it finds my google home speaker but no tv. Once again youtube finds it no proble.. please help
