The Backlight Randomly Stopped Working. What Can I Do To Fix This?
It is plugged in and the light comes on as if it's on. However, you can't see anything on the screen. I took a flashlight and got close to the screen and I can see that it's on. It's just that the backlight isn't bright enough to show the screen.
I have a warranty that came with it, but is there anything I can do before returning it?
