Greetings - If you changed both phone and sim - then you of cause need to setup voicemail from afresh - however if you are using your previous simcard on the new, you can access voicemails the same way you did on your previous phone (dialing the same number). Setting up Voicemail afresh can be done by pressing and holding key number "1" and wait to be tranfered to Voicemail > then setup your password, greetings and any other thing there - and you will probably access it in the same way in the future.
