Well yes if you need to change or view voicemail you need your password and in order to do so you need to call virgin mobile and tell them you forgot the voicemail password and ask them if they can deactivate it or if you need to do something they can help you out thats the only way you can really reset your voicemail. Unless you are a skilled hacker otherwise yes call virgin mobile
