Locout Showing On Screen. Scanner Will Not Scan.
I attempted to delete a frequincie that I did not want programed in my scanner and when I went to remove it I now have LocOut showing on the screen and it will not scan. I have done everything according to the manuel and have not been able to get it unlocked.
