Troy-bilt Storm 2620 Snow Thrower Is Blowing Oil

What can I do to stop my barely-used Troy-Bilt Snow Thrower from blowing oil out of the oil stick tube and air blower? It was hard to start after leaving it sitting for three years with old gasoline. It started ok after adding gas treatment but it blows oil and also leaks gas from the primer.

id gas is leaking from the primer and it's sat for a extended period of time then check the oil , if it has a gas smell or its thin the problem is the carburetor . The needle is not seating with the inlet valve so when the float closes the needle is allowing gas to bypass it being why the oil is coming out the breather tube etc as it thins . If it's continued to run like this it will destroy the motor , to fix it the carburetor has to be removed and cleaned or rebuilt replacing the needle etc . While the carburetor is off change the oil as the gas oil mix is bad and will lock the motor up . If you rebuild the carburetor to test it flip it upside down and try to blow in the part the fuel line goes to . If you can blow in it at all w I th the float closed it's still leaking .
