Troy Bilt Horse Garden Tiller
I just bought a Troy Bilt Horse garden tiller. It has an 8 horsepower engine and is probably 10-15 years old. Great Condition. There are two pulleys on the back of the engine but only one belt is on. I've been trying to figure out if the second belt is required or if it only takes one belt and you move it from pulley to pulley for fast and slow speed. Any help would be appreciated.
