I Need To Speak To A Customer Svc Agent Asap

I recently made a reservation through Trivago online just a few hours ago.. I believe I was taken to another ..com called Hoteling.com. When I rec'd my the dates on my reservation were wrong. I did not put those dates in. Please contact me as soon as possible so tihat can get this taken care of. My card has already been charged and I already notified Amx that I need to speak to someone to have this taken care of or I will not pay for it. Amx gave me your phone # but that was of no help as the mailbox was full So far I have had no luck contacting anyone to help me.Please advise me what to do. I would prefer a telephone call and my # . My name is Ms. Nancy Hurley. Thanks for your assistance.

Trivago is a hotel search and price comparison website so we are not actually involved in the booking. After finding the deal to your liking on trivago, you would have clicked it to be taken to the booking site offering the price (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com) where you made a reservation directly with them. For your online security, we keep no records of the transactions made through the booking sites and cannot access or alter your booking in any way. Hoteling has no contact number available, so I suggest you contact them by emailing them at:

mailto:[email protected] or contact the booked Hotel directly for assistance.
