I Need A Refund As We Were Double Booked For The Hotel Trivago Confirmed For Us.

First you should call the booked hotel to see if they can assist you. Trivago contact CS@ Phone: 212-208-1439. If all fail contact your CC company or bank to dispute the double charge.
