Ranking Jumping
I own a French Restaurant in Florida since 14 years and I would like to know how we can jump from the rank # 20 to the rank around 100 with your new system ??? For our customers this is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable !!!! How can a Pizzeria ( I love pizzas) can be ranking # 1 in front of the most famous restaurant in town ? Something is wrong and I will appreciate an answer from Trip Advisor. Thank you very much for your support.
