I Have Irrelevant Reviews Hurting My Restaurant Speaking Of A Former Restaurant
A former restaurant in the hotel that has not been open for 6 years takes part of an overall score of our current restaurants status amongst foodies. It's negatively affecting our reviews and I would like them removed considering the restaurant, cuisine, and staff have completely changed. Thank you for your time. I'm sorry but I don't think that's a valid reason for having a review deleted. You can use the "Problem with this review?" link (hover your mouse over the flag on the bottom right of the review) but your request most likely won't be granted. You'll just have to strive to get good reviews in the future to offset the negative ones.
