Can I Book A Flight For A 13 Year Old Traveling By Herself With Trip Advisor?
I found out that flight hub and some other travel services will let you book the flight then cancel it on you after if the ticket is for someone under 16. It has nothing to do with airline policy (I checked) it has to do with the booking company policy. I cannot find trip advisors policy anywhere and you can't call them (which is so STUPID)
