How Can I Talk To A Real Person In Australia Re A Problem With Trip Advisor?
I manage a trip advisor listing for a volunteer agency. I am unable to respond to comments made by visitors as i am unable to verify. Trip advisor will not accept out fb page, and we do not have a credit card. I have been unable to find any assistance on this - and out customers comments are going un answered. Can some please email me on my personal email at rose2siva.com.au. Please do not send the standard how-to file - I have done that numerous times with no success. We need help!Rose
