Have 0mb Space On C Drive But It Won't Let Me Free Any Space.

I tried deleting programs it won't remove them I tried disk space recovery tool did recover any space. Sais it is then restart and snack to drawiboard No spaplop up once again. help

Sounds like the hard drive isnt crashed outright if you can utilize windows but the C partition may have gotten corrupted. Try doing a clean install of windows so it creates a new C partition.
