toshibadirect,satellite, P755 S5390,manuals

why icons disappeared, cannot access windows. Toshiba Satellite P755 S5390 turns on without problem. Entire screen is blue and says Windows at bottom, top right corner where there is normally icon for Wi Fi connection is black, I'm trying to reset my laptop with a new modem and cannot access any thing, my mouse is still able to move around.
