Why It Become So Hot

I have toshiba satellite L645-s4059. its fan become so hot after a shor time period. what is the reason. is there any  technical fault or its design

Your Toshiba Satellite L645-S4059 has a hot temperature inside because the fan may not be working properly. Another thing is the motherboard inside may have dust particles that block the proper air ventilation. Check the fan and motherboard of your computer.
