Need Help Tips Tricks Or Whatever For My Toshiba Satellite L305d-s5974

It will not start-up from a black screen and the power button does nothing except power it back on after a manual battery pull only way to shut it down! Battery is full charge only thing that happens when power up is the green light from under the top row of buttons will flash once and then back to nothing AC charger light is o. When plugged up power light is on when powered up the battery light is on when up also and when first powers up the yellow wifi light will blink once then nothing I've tried power up with f2 f8 f10 f11 & f12 nothing oh and the numeral 0 for recovery with no avail HELP PLEASE

It sounds like a bad motherboard. I recommend having it checked out by a local repair shop or call Toshiba if it's under warranty.
