Toshiba Satellite C655-s5141
battery says plugged in and charging but is clearly not charging the battery seems to be fine all cells are working within excepted norms my question is , is their a way to reflash the bios concidering the windows option will not let me flash any lower or the same bios 2.10 talk to me
