Error Message On Toshiba Saying 'plugged In But Not Charging'

I've read info that says to remove the battery - but I can't see where it's removable. I've read info that says to push the reset button - but I can't find it. Please help!

a battery will not last for ever most people leave the laptop plugged in this is bad for the battery plugged is not charging I would try replacing the battery bring the lap to battes plus with the charger and see if a new battery works
