Yeah I Went To Reset My Computer Back To Its Original Form. It Pretty Much Shut
Yeah I went to basically restore my computer back to its original form because I was having problems . It stop the reboot process now it pops up with the Toshiba insignia and will not boot goes to black screen then back to the Toshiba insignia . I believe my hard drive is wiped but I'm not sure . What can I do to restore my computer ? Thanks

Hi. If you think the recovery partition on your HDD is corrupt (especially if it will not let you perform a factory restore therefrom), the you will need recovery media (DVD or USB the image that was on you HDD). These you will likely need to order from Toshiba. Otherwise, you can obtain a Windows disc of the same version as you had (Win 7, Win 8, etc.) from a friend and perform a fresh install therefrom.
