Battery Auto Charge

Is There A Setting I Can Use To Tell The Pc When To Initiate An Autocharge Of The Battery? Currently The Battery Does Not Initiate An Auto Charge At All (with The Charger Plug Inserted Into The Computer)

No, either the charger isn't working or the battery has failed & won't take a charge.
