Pluged In, Battery Not Charging Laptop Is Brand New Only Three Month In Use

The adapter input port is malfunctioned or broken or dont put the laptop on power for too much time because it discharge the battery .

The battery is totally discharged for this take it to the nearest toshiba service center they will better take care of it.
