Will Not Install An Operating System Shuts Down Toshiba Satellite A105-s4397

It goes to bios and says windows setup is loading files then shows the microsoft corporatin loogo and stops goes no further.

Have the computer scanned for virus or malware infections first.  There are plenty of free antivirus boot disks that can be created that you boot the laptop with.  Do a couple of deep scans, and remove any infections it finds.  I recommend using the one put out by AVG.

If the computer fails to boot after a virus scan, you may have a hard drive that is failing.  Replace the drive and reinstall your operating system on the new drive.  Good luck.
