Are you asking how do you know what to drag and drop from the Toshiba HD to your newly installed operating system? It's entirely up to you. You don't have to drag and drop anything. Most people copy whatever was in their desktop profile over, their saved favorites (website bookmarks), my documents folder, music, etc. But again, it's entirely up to you.
