Problem With Bdx4150ku Blue-ray/dvd Payer.

The payer works fine with a DVD disk but will not load a Blue-ray disk.

This problem "may be" consistent with the need to set the TV and DVD to 1080i (not 1080p) and re-test.

First power down the units and unplug from the power; disconnect ALL HDMI cables and wait for a few minutes. Then replug in the HDMI cables. Plug in the power to the units and turn the TV on first, followed by the DVD to "flush" any HDMI settings.
