Will Not Turn On.

I moved my tv recently and the tv wont turn on now. I plug it in and there is a solid green light and the red light is blinking. I took the lamp out when I moved it so it wouldn't get damaged. I don't have an owners manual just wondering what some other possibilites could be? Thanks, Miles

First, I recommend you to check the power cable or data cable at the back of your Toshiba 62HM15 make sure that these cables are connected in fixed manner. Also, read or download the user's manual of this device here:
