My Toshiba 32' Led Tv Has Sound, No Picture

My Toshiba 32" LED TV has sound, but no picture. After turning on power the screen comes up and goes blank immediately(I connected and played a DVD player NO PICTURE, but has normal audio).In the case of needing parts to fix my TV where I can order parts?Your assistance and support are greatly appreciated.Best Regards,Sb
