My House Is Not On The Map

I just purchased a Tom Tom One 130 and my town and address shows a dirt road. The town is Cutler Bay Fl and the gps shows it as Cutler Ridge which has niot been around since 2004. I have a 2006 Magellin and it locates my house. Why are your maps so old for a 2008 product and how can I get a up to date map.?
