To cancel your service you can do so through your T-Mobile phone, by dialing 611. Speak the words "Cancel service" when prompted for your reason for calling.

Speak to a customer service representative and confirm whether or not you are still a committed to T-Mobile via a contract. If you have a contract , gather all the details regarding how much time is left on your contract and whether there are penalties for early cancellation.

State that you wish to cancel your service. Be prepared in case the customer service rep offers you free minutes or service.

Ascertain when your service will end and find out the amount you will owe on your final bill.
