Help! Living In Germany With A Usa Acct I Can't Use Or Cancel!!!

I have a USA acct that was opened in Jun 2010. I was put on a 2y contract without my consent. I brought the phones in with me which I purchased online because I wanted unlocked phones at a resonable price without the contract! Now I am living in Germany (left 18 Jul) and need to cancel this contract and services so I can afford a phone here. Everywhere I look there is an 800 number but we can not call toll free from Germany. I have called the store where I purchased the phones (Sterling Hts, MI) twice and they tell me they can not do anything for me. One gentleman took my email address and promised to send me a response, but I never got it. PLEASE HELP NEED ANSWER SOONEST
