I Have A 'rejected Sim Card' Msg. I Live In Usa, Am Traveling In Uk. What To Do?

Do I need to get a new sim card? Can I do this on line or by phone?

When traveling outside of the US with T-Mobile you would need to call and request an unlock code for your phone. It usually takes about 24 hours for them to email you the code, and your account has to be completely current. Once you unlock you can then use a different sim card for your international calls. You can also call T-Mobile and they can go over options with you to use your existing sim, but very often the fees per minute are more costly than just using a sim from the country you are visiting and buying some prepaid minutes.

As a former Tmobile rep please call them and let them know thqt you recently went to the uk and would like to use your phone over there the price will change per call, also your phone may need to be 3g.. Please call support
