Lost Contacts After Replacing Sim Card

I went to walmart today and purchased a new sim card for my tmobile prism. I replaced everything just like I do every month but now my contacts are gone. My email contacts are still there, my pics are still there, and the #'s are still in the inbound/outbound calls but no names. Can I recover them?
