Sims Card Not Good When Activating New Phone. Can I Exchange Just Card?

Bought phone and card in same package online from T-Mobile and tried to activate phone 3 times but get getting transferred with no answers. Can I get another sims card without sending back the phone? I no longer have box.

Take the SIM card to a T-Mobile store. Explain the situation to them. Chances are very good they will swap out the defective SIM card for a new one. It only takes a few minutes. I had a similar situation and they swapped out my card at no charge.
