Web Site Says Contact Thm Wont Let Me

i ordered a phone/plan thru wirefly for t-mobile--it says to contact thm  for a phone no.they cnt port my old one---buti cannot get a live person.its been 2 days i been trying and it keeps saying its processing.need to kno wats going on please.
