T-mobile Refuses To Sell Me Any Phones On Their Web Site.

They told me that they will never sell me anything! It could be a year from now but that it will never happen. I asked the rep if my name is blocked and he told me that he does not see any red flags. That means they practice this of blocking people. I have never done anything against them! I'm not a crimminal,a terorrist, or stolen anything from them or anyone. They refuse to let me speak with the dept that made this decision. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to finding out why their attitude with me?
