I would like to know why SOAP NET was removed from my line up and also what is the speed of my internet.

[1] You don't need to trust what Suddenlink tells you regarding your Internet speed. Find out easily yourself by going to http://www.speedtest.net/.

[2] Lineup questions should be directed to Suddenlink customer support, at 877-694-9474.
