No Signal For Tv, I Do Have Internet No Tv.
I have no signal for the TV. None. Internet is running ok. I also paid for first month plus 59.00 for installation. Sent money order to Suddenlink for both fees. I got no return receipt for this payment. When the service men showed to install, they left without the TV working! Said give it's a day it will be on. It is not on! I never saw anyone do business this way!???

If you have an HD-DTA connected to your TV, Check to see what type cable is used to connect the box to your TV. If it is an HDMI cable, you will need to check the input from your Source or Input menu on your TV to make sure it is set for the HDMI port the cable is plugged into on the TV. If it is a coax cable, the input should be TV and the TV should be on Channel 3.
