Compensation For Waiting 4+ Months For Repair?
I was told in Dec 2015 that the box on the pole was collecting water, needed replaced to fix connection issues with phone, cable and internet. Waited, called, waited, called.I want to speak with someone above a supervisor to request a compensation for my many months with poor to no service.Any suggetions?

Hello, the Suddenlink website gives three different ways to contact them: phone, email, and live chat. If you've tried calling them with no good results, live chat might be your best bet since it's the most immediate.
