Windows On 2003 Subaru Legacy Wagon

My driver side window works but the other 3 don't work.

The window lock is either engaged or defective. The window lock button is on the driver's side window switch and used to keep children in your car from opening any of the other windows (for their safety).

Press and depress it a few times and it might work again. If not, you will have to replace the driver's side window switch control panel. Not that hard to do and you should be able to order one from your local auto parts store. Or you can buy a used on on eBay for $30 or so.
