2007 Subaru Legacy Wagon, Replacement Part Questions

I have 2007 Subaru legacy Wagon, I live in Russia. Will a 2008 Subaru legacy headlight Assembly fit my wagon?Also will the 2008 Subaru legacy spark plug wire set fit also?Here is a link to elaborate on the 2 models in question:
