Picture Of The Origin Alignment Starts Moving Horizontally
Hi~This CCD Camera come with a machine that we bought. There are 2 Cameras capturing a target hole on each sides of the board in order to align the work piece to an image.A couple of days ago it starts shaking on the right hand's camera (The left one is still perfectly still) but the target still get back to the centre of the capture origin. Yesterday The right camera captured hole starts to move horizontally by shaking side ways and moving continuously. Now the machine cannot align the board as they are not at the same location as it was set up.All the mechanical parts for the alignment positioning are super tight so noting is loosed. But the picture is still moving.Does anyone know what is the cause of this problem and how it can be fixed?
